About My Service

Hi, Welcome to my website.

  I am a ofsted registered childminder .i live in oaks cross which is near the broadwater area in stevenage .

  My name is Cheryl Robinson I’m 27 years old I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for 7 years now. I have 2 children of my own, their names are Shannon who is 7 years old and Gwen- Rose who is 19 months old , stevenage is a nice quite area with many activitys and groups to go to with the children as well as having a nice park nearby were the children can feed the ducks in the summer .

  i have one dog but he is really friendly,i also have 1 cat and a rabbit

  i run a varied day for the children in my care with lots of activities such as cooking and arts and crafts,free play ,singing etc

  i drive so i am avalible for local school runs ie from ,lodge farm & peartree l although i can pick up from other local schools that finish eariler or later then 3.15 ie pickups from morning nurseys and drop offs to afternoon nursery .

  we go on regular trips (weather permitting) such as Clown Town and Willows Farm or the park.

  i aim to take the kids to playgroups most mornings of the week, , and with these playgroups we take the children on seasonal outings. .

  my fees cover playgroup entry fees but any trip fees are payable by the parents.

 i have plenty off experience in caring for children I spent half a school year working in a nursery, and the other half working in the reception class as work experience when I was studying for my NVQ2 in child care and education.

i have completed an introduction to childminding course; a first aid for young children course as well as regularly attending various other one-day courses do with childcare and working with parents and I am also a 'Sitters' babysitter i have also completed a child protection course , i am also studying towards my nvq 3 in childcare and education
