If you have discussed your problem with me and you are still not happy with it then you should approch the ofsted early years complaint line on 08456 404040 and they will deal with your complaint

To terminate a contract (4) week’s notice is required by both parents and childminder except in the first (4) weeks when only a week’s notice is required.
